New Hongda prioritizes local hiring, providing significant employment opportunities for residents of Dainan Town. Collaborates with local vocational institutions like Yangzhou Polytechnic Institute for talent development. Recognized as a “Top 10 Enterprise for Employment and Entrepreneurship in Xinghua City” (2023 & 2024).
Established the “New Hongda Scholarship” at Danan High School, Daize Junior High School, and Xinghua Vocational Secondary School to provide financial aid for underprivileged students and recognize academic excellence. Assisted in building the BaiSha Town Hope Primary School in Lijiang, Yunnan Province.
Distributed subsidies to local elderly residents in need for over 30 years. Regularly organized voluntary blood donation drives. Funded rural infrastructure projects, including road and bridge construction, to support local community development.
