Desulfurization Regeneration Tower in Steel Plant: NHD contracts alloy lining inside desulphurization absorption tower of One Power Plant in Shandong Province 6×700MW unit, including supply of all C276 alloy plates, 1.4529 alloy plates, alloy pipes, flanges, electrodes, weld wires, site constructions.

Sprayer will distribute slurry from Circulating pump to each point. Each sprayer is consists of a manifold and dozens of branches, and slurry of absorption tower will be pumped through manifold and branches to the nozzles.

Description:

Desulfurization Regeneration Tower in Steel Plant: The lining materials are Hastelloy-C276 Alloy, and supper austenitic 1.4529 manufactured in the United States.

Alloy plates are cut by water jet or plate shears. So the material will keep its original metallographic structure and physical properties without thermal cutting.

Joint Welding between lining plate: To ensure the corrosion resistance at zone of joint welding, intermittent fillet weld is used between alloy and carbon steel and overlap weld is used between lining plates.

Plug welding is used to get good strength and laminating between lining plate and base plate. And then cover plates should be added on the plug hole after welding.
