Description:

The table of rotary table vacuum filter is made of dozens fan-shaped filtration buckets, which form a horizontal filtration ring, and the filtration buckets are supported on the drive crown with a supporting structure. The drive crown is supported and limited by the supporting and centering rollers. The pinion gear of the drive unit rotates the filter table.

The inner ring of stainless steel works with outer ring rubber belts to form a chamber and dams can divide into several sections.

After feeding, the slurry is sucked and filtered by vacuum to form filter cake. After several times of washing and suction, the cake is discharge from the inner outflow by the spiral screw into the cake hopper. The small amount of cake left on the filter cloth is washed by high pressure wash ramp and then flows into the wet cake hopper. Meanwhile, the cloth is recovered by flushing for the next cycle. In this way, filter works continuously with filtration area, washing area, cake discharging area and filter cloth regeneration area.
