Jiangsu New Hongda Group(hereafter referred to as “NHD”) is consisted of Jiangsu New Hongda Group Co., Ltd(Parent Company), and four subsidiariesJiangsu HD&TDR Agitating Equipment Co., Ltd, Jiangsu Hongda Sci-tech Development Co., Ltd, Jiangsu Hongcheng Chemical Equipment Erection Co., Ltd and Jiangsu Hongrun Press-filter Co., Ltd.

NHD is located in Dainan Town, where is known as China Town of Stainless Steel in the economic hinterland of Jiangsu Province. NHD covers an area of 270,000m2, with standard workshop of 150,000m2, and it has total assets of RMB 1000 million. There are now more than 800 staff members.

There are five major product lines, including filter series, automatic vertical press filter series, agitator &thickener series, equipment for sulfuric acid industry, pressure vessel series.

uEquipment for sulfuric acid industry: mist eliminator, wire demister, gas heater, acid-trough distributor, blast cap, catalyst mesh, tower internals, packing etc.

uPressure vessel series: pressure reactor, pressure storage tank, pressure gas reservoir, various type of tanks, tower etc.

Totally there are now tens of categories products, and hundreds of models, such as vacuum filter, press filter, agitator, thickener, gas-liquid separating, and pressure vessel. NHD has serviced for more than five hundred of projects and have regular business with more than 1000 customers in industries of phosphoric chemical, alumina, non-ferrous smelting, titanium dioxide, fine chemicals, coal chemicals, pharmaceuticals, paper etc.The major products maintain the dominant share in domestic market. After years of promoting and applications, the market shares of rotary table vacuum filter, mist eliminator are almost 80%, and market shares of agitator and thickener, automatic vertical press filter is also as high as 50% in China. In addition, these products have been exported to USA, Brazil, France, South Korea, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Zambia, Congo, Morocco, Iran, Jordan, India, Tunis, Pakistan, Vietnam, Laos, Burma and Indonesia.

NHD has enormous technological potential with 260 engineers and technicians and 50 experts and owns a provincial separating machinery research center. NHD has established cooperation relationships with a number of institute and college, such as Nanjing University, Beijing Chemical University, and Guiyang Aluminum Magnesium D&R institute, Sinopec Nanjing Engineering & Construction Corporation, Changsha Engineering & Research Institute Ltd of Nonferrous Metallurgy, Beijing General Research Institute of Mining & Metallurgy, Institute of Metal Research Chinese Academy of Science, ENFI Engineering Corporation, Wuhuan Engineering Corporation, NERIN Engineering Corporation, China Railway Resources Group, NORINCO International Corporation, SICOMINES Sarl etc.

NHD setsresearch and development of technology as the first place and invests lots in the products improvement and development. As a technical enterprise, NHD has been granted 96 patents for products and technologies (18 invention patents), which keeps NHD as a technical leader at home and abroad. These high-tech products developed by NHD, such as table vacuum filter, vertical press filter, deep cone thickener, mist eliminator, has filled the gap in China market and the technology has reach the leading domestic and international advanced levels.

Lots of advanced manufacturing equipment is used for making diversified products. NHD used advanced equipment in each step from cutting to welding, rough machining to finish machining, fabricating to assembling, commissioning to start-up, to guarantee the strength and precision during welding, fabricating, assembling and commissioning and ensure that each product is 100% qualified before delivery.
